1. Cut thin Armenian lavash into pieces of any shape. I have leftover pita bread, so I use what I have. Place the slices on a baking sheet.
2. Grease pieces of pita bread with sour cream. You can replace it with vegetable or butter, ketchup, mayonnaise or any sauce to taste. Season with herbs and spices if desired. For example, turmeric, paprika, suneli hops, ground nutmeg, etc.
