Flan is a trendy French chocolate dessert. It is a cross between liquid chocolate and chocolate muffins. That is, two desserts can be made from one dough. If you do not keep the cake in the oven, you will get a gooey drink on the inside and a crispy crust on the outside. If you overdo it, enjoy a delicious chocolate muffin. The main thing is that with any cooking method, it turns out deliciously, but for chokaholics it is an impossible temptation, because it is simply impossible to resist the sweetness. But it is worth remembering that a distinctive feature of a real flan is a liquid middle, "pouring" or similar to viscous melted chocolate. Therefore, try not to overexpose the delicacy in the oven.

In the preparation of this dessert, you should also take into account the sweetness, because it does not use cocoa powder, but a bar of dark chocolate. Therefore, you need to put less sugar than we usually used to add to baked goods, otherwise it will turn out too cloying. Flan should be served with pouring filling in the company with a scoop of ice cream. Well, if you overexpose it in the oven and get a cupcake, then let it cool and serve with a cup of coffee.

1. Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a deep container.

2. Place it in the microwave. You can also use a steam bath so that the boiling water does not come into contact with the container where the chocolate is located. Heat the chocolate to a hot temperature to melt. In this case, be sure to make sure that it does not boil. Otherwise, it will taste bitter, which will ruin the taste of the dessert. Then in hot melted chocolate put butter at room temperature, previously cut into pieces.

3. Stir the food vigorously until the butter is completely melted and dissolved, forming a homogeneous chocolate mass. If the oil does not melt enough, you can warm the mixture a little more in a bath or hold it in a microwave oven.

5. Beat the eggs with a mixer at high speed until smooth and increase in volume by almost 3 times. The mixture should become airy, bubbles form on the surface, and the color will acquire a pleasant beige-lemon shade. Then add the flour sifted through a fine sieve to the beaten eggs.

8. Mix the food again with a mixer to get a homogeneous dough. Prepare baking tins. These can be portioned silicone or iron muffin molds, or small ceramic or glass cocotte makers. Pour the dough evenly over them. By this time, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send the dessert to bake for 5-10 minutes.

The baking time depends on several factors. First, the oven is different for everyone, so every housewife should know its functions and independently determine the right time. The second is the size of the molds. In small tins, the dessert will cook in 5 minutes, in large ones it can be ready in 10 minutes. Having prepared such a dessert once, you will already understand how long it takes to bake it next time.
