1. Place eggs with sugar in a deep container.
2. Beat eggs with a mixer until fluffy and double in volume.
3. Pour sour cream into the egg mass and mix the dough with a mixer until smooth. Then add the oatmeal and mix again. Let the dough sit for 5 minutes to allow the flakes to swell a little.
