In this case, an omelet cooked in a steam bath will help out. To prepare it, you do not need to be the owner of a double boiler at all. It is enough to use the old grandmother's way - a colander and a saucepan of boiling water.
To make the omelet more satisfying and tasty, it is prepared in a company with a variety of additives. These are ham, and sausages, and cheese, and tomatoes, and other products. But the most useful supplements are oatmeal and zucchini. These products are considered dietary and contain many beneficial substances for the human body. Therefore, I suggest making an omelet with oatmeal and zucchini on a steam bath. The technology for its preparation is quite simple, and the ingredients are required affordable and budgetary. In addition, the omelet can be slightly varied. For example, add a little milk or sour cream to the egg mass to make the dish more satisfying. A small amount of chopped greens will diversify your meal.

Ingredients:
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Salt - a pinch
- Water - 20 ml
- Oat flakes - 15 g
- Ground black pepper - a pinch (optional)
- Zucchini - 50 g
Step by step cooking omelet with oatmeal and zucchini on a steam bath, recipe with photo:
1. Place the contents of the egg in a container and pour drinking water.
2. Stir the contents with a whisk or fork until a uniform consistency is obtained. Beat with a mixer until airy foam is not needed.
3. Wash the zucchini, cut off the necessary part and grate it on a fine or medium grater. Add the zucchini flakes to the egg mass.
4. Follow with instant flakes. Do not use oatmeal Extra or the one to be boiled for the recipe.
5. Add a pinch of salt to the food.
6. Then season with black pepper if desired.
7. Stir the contents and pour into a silicone muffin mold.
8. Place the mold in a sieve and place it on a pot of water. Make sure that the water level does not come into contact with the colander. Place the lid on the omelet and place the pot over the fire. Boil water, reduce temperature to medium, and steam omelet with oatmeal and zucchini for 5 minutes. Its consistency should become denser, while remaining tender and airy. Eat hot food immediately after cooking.
