Ingredients:
- Peking cabbage - 5 leaves
- Grain French mustard - 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Crab sticks - 4-5 pcs.
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - a pinch large or to taste
Step by step preparation of Peking cabbage salad, crab sticks and sesame seeds, recipe with photo:
1. Remove the required amount of leaves from the head of cabbage. Wash and dry with a paper towel. Chop it with a shredder, finely chopping it into strips with a knife, incl. and the white part near the stump, because it is the most useful and juicy.
2. Remove the wrapping film from the crab sticks and cut into strips. If they are frozen, then defrost them first naturally without using a microwave oven.
3. In a deep salad bowl, place chopped cabbage with chopped crab sticks. Wash the lemon, dry it and squeeze the juice out of it into the salad.
4. Then season the salad with soy sauce, olive oil and grain mustard. Season with salt and stir.
7. Divide the Chinese cabbage salad and crab sticks into portioned bowls and sprinkle with sesame seeds, which you can heat in a clean, dry skillet until golden brown if desired.
