- Peking cabbage - 4-5 leaves
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Boiled-frozen shrimps - 150 g
- Salt - pinch or to taste
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Grain mustard - 1 tsp
- Crab sticks - 4-5 pcs.

1. Of course, it is better to purchase raw, unpeeled, uncooked shrimp for the recipe. They will add an unimaginable taste to the dish. However, most of the shrimp will go to the shell, and it is quite difficult to find such on sale. You can buy peeled pink shrimps, these have already been cooked, you should not re-serve them with boiling water. Therefore, buy frozen shrimp in shells.
Boiled frozen shrimp can be boiled in salted water with spices (bay leaves, black peppercorns, etc.). But this method is most suitable for independent use. For shrimp salad, just pour boiling water over, close the lid and leave for 5-10 minutes to defrost.
2. Remove the required amount of Peking leaves from the cabbage head, wash them, dry well with a paper towel and chop into thin strips.
3. Defrost crab sticks naturally at room temperature without using a microwave oven. Remove the wrapping film from them and cut into cubes.
4. When the shrimps have melted, peel them of the shell and remove the head.
