Ingredients:
- Pears - 1 pc. (big size)
- Olive oil - for dressing
- Walnuts - 20 g
- Salt - a pinch of small
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Sesame seeds - 1 tsp without slide
Step by step preparation of pear salad with eggs and sesame seeds, recipe with photo:
1. For salad pears take dense and elastic winter varieties without rot and spoiled places. Wash and dry with a paper towel. With a special knife, remove the core with the seed box and cut into strips or cubes, as you like.
2. Pre-boil the eggs until they have a cool consistency within 8 minutes after boiling. Then cool them in ice water, peel them, cut into pieces and send them to a salad bowl.
Remove the walnuts from the shell. Pierce the kernels in a clean, dry frying pan for about 5 minutes. Although this action is done at will. But salad with roasted nuts is always tastier. Chop the nuts into medium-sized chunks and place them in a salad bowl.
