In this article, I propose to make a filling for stuffed eggs from shrimp and sesame seeds. This dish will always be a success. Ingredients:

Step by step cooking of stuffed eggs with shrimps and sesame seeds:
1. Boil the eggs until they are cool. To do this, put them in a bowl of cold water, boil and cook for 8 minutes. Then put them in ice water to make them easier to clean. Remove the shells, cut them lengthwise into two halves and carefully remove the yolks so as not to damage the whites.
2. Place the shrimps in a deep container and cover with boiling water. Leave them on for 10 minutes to defrost.
3. Put softened butter in a container to the yolks.
4. Stir eggs with butter, kneading the yolks well. You should get a homogeneous smooth mass.
5. Fill the grooves of the proteins tightly with the filling, forming a small slide.
6. Drain the water from the shrimp and remove the shell.
7. Turn the stuffed eggs over and place in a bowl of sesame seeds so that the filling is completely covered with the sesame seeds.
