  • Olive oil - for frying peppers and salad dressing
  • White cabbage - 100 g
  • Salt - pinch or to taste
  • Hot pepper - 0.25 pods

1. Wash sweet bell peppers and dry with a paper towel. Cut the fruits in half along with the tail so that the halves hold well and do not fall apart. Core and seeds from the pepper halves.
