Ingredients:
- Young white cabbage - 200 g
- Soy sauce - 1, 5 tablespoons
- Green onions - bunch
- Cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- Canned saury - 1 can (240 g)
- French grain mustard - 1 tsp
- Cilantro - bunch
- Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
- Eggs - 1 pc.
Step by step cooking salad with cabbage, eggs, cucumbers and canned saury, recipe with photo:
1. Wash white cabbage under running water, dry with a paper towel and chop into thin strips.
2. Wash the cucumbers, dry with a paper towel, cut off the ends on both sides and cut into thin quarters into 3 mm rings.
3. Wash green onions, dry and finely chop.
4. Wash cilantro greens under running water, dry with a towel and chop.
5. Pre-boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool in ice water, peel and cut into cubes. To boil the eggs, cover them with cold water and, after boiling, cook over moderate heat for 8 minutes. Then place them in ice water to keep them cool and easier to clean.
6. Remove saury from a tin or glass jar and cut into pieces.
7. Combine all prepared products in a deep container. Combine soy sauce, vegetable oil and mustard in a small bowl. Soy sauce completely replaces salt here.
8. Stir the dressing with a fork until smooth.
9. Salad with cabbage, eggs, cucumbers and canned saury, season with cooked sauce and stir. Chill it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and serve.
