But in this section I will present a wonderful salad recipe that will take one of the first places on your table and complement the main course. Because the boiled heart is great for salads. It is excellent in its structure, rather soft, at the same time it holds its shape perfectly and does not fall apart into fibers.

Ingredients:
- Pork heart - 1 pc.
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Pickled cucumber - 2 pcs.
- Carrots - 1 pc.

- Mayonnaise - for dressing
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
A step-by-step recipe for making a salad with hearts, eggs and vegetables:
1. Wash the carrots, scrape the peel with a brush, put in a saucepan, cover with water and place on the stove. Boil, season with salt and simmer until soft, about 40 minutes. Although the specific cooking time will depend on the size of the tubers.
2. Wash the pork heart, cut off the fat and put it in the cooking container in the same way. Cover with water and cook until tender, about 2 hours. Season the offal with salt half an hour before the end of cooking.
3. Boil eggs also hard boiled for about 8 minutes. Then transfer to ice water to cool.
4. Remove the pork heart from the broth and leave to cool. Since this stage takes a lot of time, roughly like cooking, I advise you to prepare the heart in advance.
5. After cooling down, cut the heart into cubes with sides of 5-7 mm.
6. Remove the pickles from the brine and cut to the same size as the heart.
7. Peel and chop the eggs as before.
8. Cool carrots, peel and cut to proportion.
9. Place all products in a deep container, season with mayonnaise, adjust the taste with salt and stir.
