Asparagus is a very healthy and nutritious plant that tastes great. And in terms of its value, the product is several times richer than other vegetables. Cooking asparagus is absolutely not a difficult science that does not require certain knowledge, skills and experience. You can combine it with different dishes and make different recipes from it. For example, soups, puree soup, salad, sauces, warm appetizers, pizza, pie fillings and much more are excellent. It is used in any form: steamed, stewed, fried, boiled, canned, but only with the exception of raw. It can be served hot or cold. In general, this is such a versatile product from which you can make a variety of dishes. And today I propose to combine asparagus with chicken. It will be an amazingly tasty dish.
Chicken meat is the right choice for humans. It contains protein, many vitamins, folic acid, niocin and riboflavin, which is the most beneficial for the skin. Therefore, this dish will be hearty, nutritious, and, of course, healthy. You can use any part of the chicken you like. Love a more dietary meal, use fillets, hearty - thighs or drumsticks. If you use breasts, then the calorie content of the food will be much less, because they contain only 112 Kcal per 100 g of weight. And in the thighs of the chicken, the calorie content will be 2 times higher. Bones and skins also increase the nutritional value, so you need to decide on your own whether to get rid of them or not.

Ingredients:
- Any part of chicken - 500 g
- Asparagus beans - 300 g
- Sweet red pepper - 300 g
- Garlic - 3-4 cloves
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Table vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Ground nutmeg - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Ground black pepper - 1/3 tsp or to taste
Cooking asparagus with chicken
1. Wash the chicken parts under running water, dry with a paper towel and cut into portions. The pieces should not be too small so that they do not fry and become dry. But they also do not have to be large, because there is an opportunity for them to be ill prepared. The optimal size is 4-5 cm.
2. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and put the meat to fry. Set the heat to high and cook, stirring occasionally until golden brown. Remember to stir them periodically.
3. Wash the asparagus, dry it, cut off the ends and cut into 2-3 pieces, depending on their size.
4. Add the asparagus to the skillet with the meat.
5. Stir the food in a skillet, reduce the temperature and fry, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
6. After, add the red bell pepper, cut into strips. I use frozen peppers in this recipe, but you can use fresh ones.
7. Combine all the spices for stewing: soy sauce, vinegar, finely chopped garlic, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
8. Stir the food well.
9. Season the dish with the sauce, bring to a boil over high heat, reduce the temperature, cover the pan and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.
10. Serve the finished meal hot. You can cook spaghetti or rice for a side dish.
