- Chicken meat (any part of the carcass) - 300-400 g
- Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
- Asparagus - 250 g
- Allspice peas - 4 pcs.
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- Salt - 1 tsp
Step by step cooking chicken soup with asparagus and tomatoes, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the asparagus beans under cold running water, cut off the ends on both sides and cut the pods into 3 parts. Wash the tomatoes and cut into 4-6 slices, depending on the size.
2. Wash the chicken or individual parts of the carcass, cut into pieces and put in a cooking pot. If you want the dish to be more dietary, then remove the skin from the bird, because it contains the most fat.

5. Place the tomatoes next.
6. Season chicken soup with asparagus and tomatoes with salt and black pepper, boil and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Asparagus with tomatoes is cooked very quickly.
