At the same time, for some reason, everyone is familiar with bell peppers, but not many people encounter asparagus beans, but this is a valuable product that our body needs no less than, for example, cottage cheese, oatmeal, fish, etc.
Asparagus, in terms of the protein it contains, is practically not inferior to meat, while it contains quite a bit of fat and a lot of vitamins and microelements. This bean product is of particular importance to vegetarians and fasting people. Therefore, in recent years, green beans are becoming more and more popular among fans of vegetables.
Since asparagus is a seasonal product, it is usually cooked in the summer. But experienced housewives stock up on this product, freezing it for future use, so that they can cook it all year round. In this recipe, white asparagus is used, but it can also be green and purple. Therefore, you can use the one that is at hand.

- Asparagus beans - 300 g
- Red bell pepper - 2 pcs.
- Creamy tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Olive oil - for frying

- Ground black pepper - 1/4 tsp or to taste
Preparing a vegetable garnish with green beans and peppers
1. Wash the beans, cover with filtered drinking water and boil for about 15 minutes until soft.
2. Then fold it into a colander to drain excess liquid. Then cut off the ends on both sides and cut into 2-3 pieces, depending on the size, so that each piece is about 2.5-3 cm long.
3. While the beans are cooking, wash the peppers, cut off the tail, remove the stem with seeds and cut the flesh into thin strips. Wash the tomatoes, dry and also cut into strips. Peel and chop the garlic. In this dish, all products should be cut to the same size - into strips, then it will look beautiful on the serving table.
4. Heat a frying pan with olive oil and send the peppers and beans to fry.
5. Set to medium heat and grill vegetables, stirring occasionally for about 7 minutes.
6. Add the tomatoes and garlic to the skillet.
