In this recipe, I propose to make everyone a familiar zucchini with garlic appetizer, but only dietary and low-calorie. This will require an oven, where the zucchini will be baked without oil, which, when fried, is especially harmful to the body. And fatty mayonnaise of their composition is excluded.
For baking, it is preferable to buy young zucchini. They have a delicate flesh and thin skin that can be left without removing or peeling. Although ripe fruits will do.
