The easiest and most well-known way to cook corn is to boil it. However, today there are many options for its preparation. It is baked on coals over an open fire, stewed, fried … Today we will cook the cobs in the oven in foil with garlic oil. This is a very unusual approach to making golden cobs! It turns out corn is much tastier and more aromatic than boiled corn. It is fragrant thanks to the garlic, due to the oil, juicy, and of course, original! Although the recipe is not for everybody, tk. most tasters still prefer traditional boiled corn. However, the recipe is also suitable for warming up yesterday's boiled ears: grease them with oil, season with spices, wrap them in foil and keep them in the oven for 10-15 minutes. And the cold corn will become hot, mouth-watering and flavorful, just like fresh.
The proposed corn recipe is very simple and relatively quick compared to other corn cooking options. You can cook in this way not only young fresh corn, old cobs are also good. Only in this case it will first be necessary to boil it a little so that it becomes soft, and then bake it. For the recipe, I used the herbs that I like the most. However, any spices can be used, it depends on your taste preferences. For spicy lovers, I advise you to sprinkle ready-made cobs with a pinch of ground chili before serving, and sprinkle with grated cheese for cheese fans.

Ingredients:
- Young corn - 4 ears
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Spices and herbs to taste
- Butter - 50 g
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
Step by step cooking corn in the oven with garlic, recipe with photo:
1. Remove the butter from the refrigerator beforehand to soften and return to room temperature. Chop it up and place it in a handy small, deep container. Peel the garlic, chop finely and send to the mass.
2. Add salt, black pepper and all the spices to the butter. Mix well.
3. Remove the leaves from the corn.
4. Coat the ears with garlic butter and wrap with baking parchment.
5. On top, wrap the corn with cling foil and send to bake in a heated oven to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. The double wrapper serves for the following. During baking, the foil can stick to the corn kernels, and the parchment prevents this from happening. Serve warm oven-baked corn with garlic oil after cooking.
