Ingredients:
- Puff without yeast dough - 250 g
- Raspberries - 200 g
- Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
- Cornstarch - 1 tbsp l.
- Egg - 1 pc.

The filling is the only thing we have to cook. To do this, lightly crush the raspberries with a fork, add sugar and cornstarch, mix.

We take the dough out of the refrigerator in advance so that it defrosts, separate one sheet, roll it out a little and cut it into 4 parts.

Spread the raspberry filling with a spoon in the middle of each piece of dough, pulling it slightly to opposite sides. On both sides, cut the dough into strips 1, 5-2 centimeters wide. Better to do this with a sharp knife or pizza knife.

We form puffs, alternately wrapping the strips of dough on one or the other side, as if we are braiding a pigtail. Hide the last strip of dough underneath.

We do this with the rest of the dough until the filling ends.

We spread the puffs on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, grease with a beaten egg or just milk. Sprinkle with coarse sugar. We bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
