Traditional dolma can be cooked all year round if you stock up on grape leaves in advance. It is not difficult to save them for the winter, but not every housewife knows about such a chic opportunity. It is a dolma - a mixture of minced or twisted meat, rice and spicy herbs, which are wrapped in a small tender grape leaf. Such small envelopes will delight any sophisticated gourmet. As you can see, there will be no problems with the filling in the winter, but the leaves must be prepared in advance. Dolma is prepared no more sophisticated than our cabbage rolls. They are also the closest relatives. If you did not have any problems with cooking stuffed cabbage, then you will cope with dolma without any problems.

Ingredients:
- Frozen grape leaves - 50 pcs.
- Meat - 800 g (in the classic version of lamb)
- Rice - 100 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Greens (fresh or dried) - 20 g
- Ground red pepper - 1/3 tsp
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Salt - 1 tsp
Step by step preparation of dolma from frozen grape leaves:
1. Peel and chop the onions into small cubes.
2. Fry it until transparent in a skillet in vegetable oil.
3. Rinse the rice and boil in salted water until half cooked.
4. Wash the meat, dry it with a paper towel and pass it through a meat grinder or cut into small pieces.
5. Put the meat, boiled rice, fried onions, garlic, salt, pepper and herbs passed through a press into a bowl for minced meat.
6. Mix the minced meat well. Do this with your hands, passing food between your fingers.
7. Remove the frozen leaves from the freezer and leave until completely stagnant. Then expand from the package.
8. Use scissors to cut the threads that were wrapped around them.
9. Unfold the leaves and carefully separate them so as not to tear.
10. Place the piece of paper on the board with the smooth side down. Put a small portion of minced meat on top of it.
11. Fold over the edges of the leaf as shown in the photo.
12. Roll it up to form a sausage.
13. Do the same for all grape leaves and minced meat.
14. Fold the dolma into a saucepan and cover it with water or meat broth.
15. Place a weight on top, such as a pot of water or a round plank with a jar. Put dolma on the stove and cook after boiling for 40 minutes. Serve with white garlic sauce.
