1. Peel the sweet bell pepper from the seeds and partitions, which are located inside the fruit, and cut the stalk. Wash the vegetables and pat dry with a paper towel. Place the slicer attachment in the bowl of the food processor and lower the peppers.
2. Chop the fruit to a smooth puree and transfer to a deep large container.
3. Wash the tomatoes, cut into wedges and place in the bowl of the food processor.
