Let's start by washing all the vegetables. For convenience, cut the tomatoes into 3-4 parts and pass through a meat grinder, you can grind them in a blender or in a food processor. The main thing is that we get a homogeneous thick tomato puree. We also leave the peel and seeds, do not grind or filter.

We clean the pepper from seeds and cut into small cubes. Actually, there is no rule about how it should be sliced, as long as you like it.
