Mushrooms are healthy but dangerous foods. In order not to harm yourself, you must adhere to some rules when processing forest mushrooms. And since not everyone knows how to work with them, it is better to choose mushrooms grown by man, i.e. artificially, like mushrooms or oyster mushrooms. These do not need preliminary cooking, a complicated cooking process and are completely harmless to the body.
Of the many mushroom dishes, delicious mushroom salads occupy a special place. There are many recipes for them, and each of them is good. Today I propose to prepare a simple salad with mushrooms and cheese that will melt in your mouth gently. Even those who do not like mushroom dishes will like it. Champignons and cheese - those products that always come to the rescue when meat and fish are tired, but you don't want to eat vegetables. Based on these ingredients, culinary experts have invented many salad recipes. Because it is not only tasty, but also healthy. In addition, these foods are not particularly high in calories and satisfy hunger for a long time.
You can add all kinds of vegetables, herbs, meat, seafood, fruits, nuts and even rice to this salad. Season it with sour cream, mayonnaise, a mixture of oils, soy sauce, spices … Salads should be laid out in layers, heaped or mixed. Today I supplemented it with eggs and cucumbers, and took homemade mayonnaise as a dressing.

- Pickled champignons - 300 g
- Hard cheese - 200 g
- Fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.

Step-by-step preparation of a salad with pickled mushrooms and cheese:
1. Rinse the pickled mushrooms under running water, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into strips or cubes. Champignons can be bought ready-made or pickled on their own. How to do this, you will find the recipe on the pages of the site using the search bar.
2. Pre-boil the eggs to a cool consistency. Refrigerate, peel and cut into cubes.
3. Cut the cheese into cubes and place in a bowl of groceries.
4. Wash the cucumbers, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into cubes. You can use them frozen if you made a similar preparation in the summer. Try to cut the products to the same size so that the salad looks beautiful.
5. Pour mayonnaise on top of the ingredients and season with salt. If you will not serve the salad right away, then cut all the products, put them in a container, cover with a lid and put them in the refrigerator, and season with mayonnaise before the guests arrive.
6. Stir the ingredients, chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and serve.
