- Smoked salmon ridges - 0.5 pcs.

Step by step cooking vegetable salad with smoked salmon, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the backs of the salmon and dry with a paper towel. Remove the meat from the ridges and cut into medium sized pieces. Taste the meat before removing it from the bones.
