Although you can change the composition of the ingredients at your discretion. The liver can also be any, because any variety is a storehouse of protein and vitamins of group B, A and K2. Ingredients:
- Liver (any variety) - 350 g
- Pears - 2 pcs.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Lemon - 0.5 pcs.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
Step by step cooking of fried liver with fruit, recipe with photo:
1. Peel the liver from the film, wash and cut into medium-sized pieces: cubes or strips. Pour oil into a skillet and heat. Then put in the liver and turn on high heat. Fry for literally 2 minutes over a high flame until the liver is golden brown and screw the temperature down to medium flame. Continue to fry the offal until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper for 5 minutes.
2. In another skillet in vegetable oil over medium heat, sauté the onions until transparent.
3. Wash the pears, remove the core, cut them into slices, which literally fry for 3-5 minutes in vegetable oil. Do not keep them on fire for a very long time so that the pulp does not turn into a puree consistency.
4. Combine pears, onions and liver in one skillet.
5. Season food with lemon juice, soy sauce, stir and simmer covered for about 3-5 minutes. Serve the food to the table warm on its own or with any side dish.
