Ingredients:
- Chicken liver - 400-500 g
- Bulb onions - 1-2 pcs.
- Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
- Salt, pepper - to taste

Peel and wash the onions, cut them into thin half rings, throw them to fry in a pan in vegetable oil.
My chicken liver, remove the coarse veins, cut off, where there is, the places touched by bile so that the dish does not taste bitter. Next, cut the liver into small pieces and send them to the pan to fry.
Stir the liver, letting it lighten on all sides. Cook for 5-6 minutes almost until tender.
Break chicken eggs into a frying pan. Salt and pepper the dish, periodically stir the contents of the pan so that the yolks break and the protein grabs.
After 2-3 minutes, when the egg is cooked, add chopped parsley and dill to the liver. Turn off the fire.
Serve the chicken liver with fresh or baked vegetables, pickles or salad. Also, this dish can be served with a side dish of pasta, rice or buckwheat.
