Here's a recipe for a delicious sweet fruit salad. Despite the fact that there is wine in the recipe, all alcohol evaporates during the heat treatment of the fruit. Therefore, such a delicacy is suitable not only for a regular snack or treating guests, but also to sweeten the kids. Consists of a fruit salad of peaches, pears and apples. However, the range of products can be expanded by replacing or supplementing them with your favorite products or those that are available. For example, strawberries, oranges, kiwi, apricots, plums, grapes, banana, etc. will do. The result is still a juicy, tasty and aromatic treat. After all, the beauty of fruit salads lies precisely in the fact that they can be prepared from almost all fruits that are available. The main thing is to consider their compatibility.
You can serve fruit salad as a stand-alone dessert. But it also goes well with a scoop of cold ice cream. You can also add it with whipped cream, chocolate icing, sprinkle with chocolate chips, crushed nuts, etc.

- Apples - 1 pc.
- Peaches - 1-2 pcs.
- Red or white dry wine - 50 ml
- Sugar - 1-2 tablespoons
- Butter - 20 g for frying
- Pears - 1 pc.
Step-by-step preparation of a fruit salad from fried fruits in wine, a recipe with a photo:
1. Wash and dry the pears with a paper towel. Use a special knife to remove the core and cut into medium-sized wedges. Do not chop the fruit very finely so that it does not turn into a puree during frying.
2. Wash, dry the apples, remove the seed box and cut into slices like pears.
3. Wash the peaches, well rinsing off all dusting. Cut it in half, remove the pit, and slice the fruit.
The ratio of the proportion of fruit can be changed, and use more of those that most suit the taste.
4. Put a small piece of butter in a skillet and melt it over medium heat. Do not turn on a large fire, otherwise the oil will start to burn.
5. Place fruits in the pan and sprinkle with sugar. Turn on medium heat and fry them a little on all sides, about 1 minute each.
6. Pour the wine into the pan so that it covers 2/4 of the fruit.
7. Bring the wine to a boil over high heat, bring the temperature to medium and simmer the fruit in the wine for 3-5 minutes. After that, serve the finished fruit salad of fried fruits in wine. It should be consumed warm, however, after cooling it is no less tasty.
