When organizing a festive buffet table or planning a menu for a family celebration, prepare snack toast with cottage cheese spread.
Snacks on the New Year's table are something that cannot be too much. Toast white bread toasts and place a delicate, spicy cottage cheese cream on top of each. We are accustomed to the fact that cottage cheese is most often used in sweet dessert dishes - cheesecakes, cheesecakes, mousses, etc., but if you try to prepare a salty curd snack by adding herbs and garlic to it, you will get an amazingly delicious spicy dish that will please everyone at the festive table.
