Thin, tender pancakes are the dream of every housewife. Mineral water pancakes are exactly the recipe you were looking for.
Pancakes are a universal dish that everyone, without exception, loves. They can be served on their own: poured with sour cream, jam or condensed milk - and voila! On the other hand, pancakes are a kind of homemade Russian fast food: wrap any filling, sweet or salty, in it, and you can eat them for at least a week - you won't get bored! However, question number one is how to make the perfect pancake? The hostesses are looking for a golden recipe so that the pancakes are thin, elastic, tender, and torn. I am sharing a recipe that I myself have been looking for for a long time. Now I cook pancakes this way! Try it yourself.

Ingredients:
- Milk - 500 ml
- Mineral water - 500 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 3-4 tbsp. l.
- Flour - 400 g
- Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. l.
- Salt - a pinch
Step-by-step recipe with a photo of pancakes on mineral water with milk
1. We begin to cook pancakes traditionally: the first step is to grind eggs with sugar, add milk.
2. A whisk or regular fork will work fine for this step, but if you want to speed up the process and improve the result, use a mixer. 2-3 minutes at high speed will perfectly prepare the base products, turning them into a frothy dough base.
3. Add flour little by little, stirring thoroughly so that there are no lumps left. We used white wheat flour for the pancakes, but you can also opt for a special pancake. Also add 2-3 tbsp to the dough. l. vegetable oil.
4. And now the main secret and our secret ingredient is mineral water. "What will these hostesses not come up with!" - you will say and you will be absolutely right! They come up with something else, but the result is simply amazing! So, in the ready-made dough, which, as you could see, turned out to be a little thick, add mineral water. You will see bubbles appear on the surface, as when quenching soda. And it is these bubbles that will make our pancakes tender, delicate, in a small hole.
5. And now everything is as usual: a preheated pan, a little refined vegetable oil. We measure the dough for each pancake with a ladle. Do not fry the pancakes too much. Lightly brown, and then, after wrapping the filling, you can fry them in a pan until golden brown.
6. Fold the finished pancakes in a stack, greasing each with a piece of butter.
