- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Cocoa powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - a pinch
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp
- Apple - 1 pc.
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Step by step preparation of curd chocolate soufflé with steamed apples, recipe with photo:
1. Wash eggs and pour into a bowl. If you have free time, you can separate the whites from the yolks, and beat each separately. Egg whites, whipped into a strong foam, will give the soufflé airiness and the desired consistency. But in this case, make sure that not a single drop of yolk gets to the proteins, otherwise they will not whip into a strong foam. For whipping, be sure to use a mixer or blender, as you will not be able to beat the whites with your hands and a whisk until they become dense foam.
2. Add sugar to the yolks and beat them with a mixer in an airy foam.
3. Sprinkle cocoa powder, a pinch of salt and baking soda over the yolks.
4. Mix the dough with a mixer until smooth.
5. Add cottage cheese to the chocolate mass.
6. Beat the food with a blender until all the curd grains break and the mass becomes homogeneous.
7. Wash the apples, peel them, remove the seed box and grate on a fine grater. Add the apple mixture to the curd dough.
8. Knead the dough until smooth.
