The recipe itself is simple, the ingredients are prepared very quickly, and cooking does not take more than 20 minutes. It is ideal for serving in an emergency to treat unexpected guests. Thanks to eggs and sausage, the salad is very satisfying and tasty. Although it is very variable, and additional products can be added to the composition. For example, cheese will add tenderness, boiled chicken meat - satiety, crab sticks - spice. You can also add apples or green peas, these products will add extra juiciness. In addition, sausage can be replaced with boiled tongue, there will be no less tasty and healthy salad.

- Potatoes - 1 pc.

Step by step cooking salad with eggs, cucumbers and sausage, recipe with photo:
1. Pre-boil potatoes and eggs: potatoes in uniforms, hard-boiled eggs. Then cool the food well, peel and cut into cubes. I recommend preparing these products in advance, for example, a day in advance, so that they cool down well. Then all that remains is to cut all the ingredients for the salad.
2. Cut the sausage into cubes and add to the potatoes with eggs. It is not necessary to take dairy sausage, doctor's or any other variety will do. In this case, keep in mind that the product is perishable, so it must be fresh.
3. Wash cucumbers, dry, cut off the ends and cut into cubes. Cucumbers can be used not only fresh, but also salted. It will be necessary to drain the brine well from pickled cucumbers, and squeeze them if necessary.
