  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 0.5 lemon
  • Seasoning for fish - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Ground black pepper - 1/3 tsp or to taste

1. Prepare the fish for cooking. With a scraper, peel the carcass, cut off the head, fins and tail. Open up the belly, remove all entrails and peel off the black inner film. Rinse the finished carcass thoroughly with running water and wipe with a paper towel. On both sides of the fish, make longitudinal cuts at a distance of 2 cm from each other. This will allow the meat to soak better with the marinade.

Do not throw away the heads, fin and tail, but boil a delicious fish soup. Just remember to remove the gills and eyes from your head.

2. Prepare the marinade. To do this, pour mayonnaise, ketchup, soy sauce and lemon juice into a deep bowl. Add salt, black pepper and fish seasoning.

3. Stir the sauce well and brush over the silver carp on both sides and inside. In the longitudinal slots on the carcass, put a lot of it.
