Ingredients:
- Silver carp steaks - 2 pcs.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Spices for fish - 0.5 tsp
Cooking silver carp steak in the oven step by step
1. Prepare the fish fillet: wash the carcass, gut it, remove the scales, dry it a little. Mix salt, ground pepper, fish spice mixture. Sprinkle the silver carp steaks with spices and rub them in.
2. Peel the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into half rings, carrots into thin semicircles.
3. Put vegetables in an even layer in a baking dish. Put the fish in spices on top. Pour in the remnants of the marinade.
4. Before cooking the silver carp steaks in the oven, cover the mold with a lid or foil. And we put to bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
5. Remove the foil and bake the silver carp steaks in the oven for another 5 minutes to get a beautiful crust.
6. Put the silver carp steaks baked in the oven for serving on a plate, lay out juicy vegetables on top, pour over the juice that has formed at the bottom of the baking dish.
