Salad with cottage cheese and tomatoes is a simple, dietary and healthy meal. Despite the fact that at first glance this seems like a very unusual combination of products, they are in perfect harmony with each other. Since cottage cheese, a fermented milk product rich in calcium and proteins, goes well with fruits, herbs and, of course, tomatoes.
In addition, if the salad is not prepared for a romantic evening, but for an ordinary family dinner, then a little spicy adjika or garlic can be added to the recipe. These products will add spice. A crumb of feta cheese will add new flavors to the dish. You can also add other vegetables to the salad, such as fresh cucumbers, peppers, herbs. I prefer to dress the salad with spicy butter, but sour cream or mayonnaise is also suitable.
If you've never tried a salad like this before, be sure to make it! Having tasted it once, you are guaranteed to cook it often. Salad with cottage cheese and tomatoes is a dish that, in its taste, can compete with many Italian recipes, which are higher in calories and fatty.
