This is an affordable recipe that any novice hostess can handle. The minimum set of products is required, which is always available in the refrigerator. The resulting buns are incredibly tender and soft, fluffy and rich, no less than those baked on yeast dough. They are juicy, tasty, baked well inside and do not stay wet.
Another indisputable plus of buns is that they do not need a lot of products. In addition to flour and sour milk, you will need eggs, sugar and vegetable oil. Also, a little soda or baking powder must be added to the dough with yogurt, kefir or sour milk. With them, the dough will turn out to be much tastier and more fluffy. Step-by-step preparation of quick buns in sour milk with pears, recipe with photo:
1. Combine eggs with sugar and beat with a mixer until a smooth lemon-colored air mass. Pour in milk, vegetable oil and sour milk. Add a pinch of salt and stir in the liquid ingredients again.
2. Combine flour with baking soda, stir and sift through a fine sieve to the liquid components.
