- Peanuts - 300 g
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Water - 1 tablespoon
Step by step cooking of roasted peanuts with salt, recipe with photo:
1. Put the peanuts in a fine sieve and wash to remove dust. Leave the nuts in a sieve so that all the liquid is glass, then put them in a clean and dry frying pan and send them to the stove.
2. Fry the peanuts in medium heat, stirring occasionally for 10-15 minutes. Its readiness is determined by the husk. Take the bean in your hand and rub it with your fingers.
