Because, firstly, it is not known when and how the commercial roasted peanuts were processed. Secondly, it may contain low-quality nuts, rancid and with an unpleasant odor. 1. Choose raw peanuts with whole husks, a pleasant pink color and a delicate pleasant scent. Wash it under running water, but not for long, so as not to steam out and not soak.
