- Cream - 250 ml
- Milk - 200 ml
- Strawberry - 150 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
Step by step preparation of creamy strawberry ice cream, recipe with photo:
1. Pour milk into a saucepan, boil, remove from heat and leave to cool to room temperature.
2. Break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Place the whites in a clean and dry container without droplets of fat and water.
3. Pour sugar over the yolks.
4. Beat the yolks with sugar with a mixer until the refined sugar dissolves, the mass increases in volume by 3 times and acquires a lemon color.
5. Whisk the whipped yolks into the milk.
6. Stir the milk with the yolks and heat over a fire, bringing it almost to a boil. But the mass should not boil, otherwise the yolks will curl.
7. Leave the container to cool to room temperature and add the cream.
8. Stir and reheat on the stove, also do not bring to a boil.
