For the recipe, you can take very ripe, and even overripe bananas, and if you wish, you can not use cream at all. Then you get a vegetarian ice cream that is suitable for fasting or losing weight.
Preparing such ice cream is very simple. It doesn't even require an ice cream maker. It does not need to be stirred repeatedly during the freezing process like regular ice cream. In addition, this is the most childish version of the delicacy, which is another plus of the dessert. After all, it can be given to children from 2 years old, while a store product is not recommended for babies under 3 years old.
This recipe for homemade banana ice cream is technically, perhaps in terms of art, not a full-fledged ice cream. However, this is an excellent version of a delicious dessert, which is prepared very quickly on its own, from a minimal set of products, and the result is delicious.

Ingredients:
- Banana - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 100 g or to taste
- Cream with medium fat content - 250 ml
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
Step-by-step preparation of creamy banana ice cream:
1. Peel the banana and cut into rings or any other shape. This is not important, since further, it will still be crushed.
2. Get a food processor with a cutter knife or blender attachment. Place the bananas in the bowl.
3. Knead the food until a homogeneous, smooth, viscous mass.
4. Pour cream into the banana mixture, add sugar and vanillin.
5. Continue to work with the appliance, interrupting the food to form a homogeneous mixture.
6. Transfer the contents to a plastic or other convenient container that can be placed in the freezer. Close it with a lid and send it to the freezer for 3-5 hours until it solidifies completely. The mass should cool, solidify and transform into an ice cream consistency.
Use the finished dessert as usual, lay it out on the bowls, sprinkle with chocolate chips, pour over the sauce and serve to the dessert table.
