If you and your family members love pure cottage cheese, then in the form of products it will also be to your taste. Today we are going to cook a wonderful dish - cottage cheese.
Cottage cheese, in our usual sense, is a sweet dish, which is most often the main one for an afternoon snack, breakfast or late dinner. Today we will cook cottage cheese with vegetables, namely with zucchini. In this combination, they can be made both sweet and salty. This is a versatile curd dish served with cream in the sweet version, and garlic sauce in the salty version. Unusual and original curds with zucchini are in harmony with many combinations of tastes.
For the preparation of delicious cottage cheese, according to tradition, I will give a few tips. First, take only high-quality cottage cheese. Sour will not work. Secondly, since the zucchini is quite watery, then buy cottage cheese drier. With too fatty cottage cheese, the pancakes in the pan may fall apart. Thirdly, so that the curds turn out to be airy and brown during frying, do not spare vegetable oil. And if you want to get a dietary dish, then cook it not in a pan, but in the oven in silicone molds.

Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 1 pc. small size
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - a pinch
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Step-by-step cooking of zucchini carrots:
1. Wash the zucchini, pat dry with a paper towel and grate on a coarse grater. If you are using ripe fruits, then peel them first and remove large seeds. If the zucchini is too watery, then carefully drain the excess liquid from the mass.
2. Add cottage cheese to the zucchini shavings. You can add cottage cheese whole, or if you like it smooth and smooth, then first interrupt with a blender.
3. Season the mixture with salt, sugar and pour in the egg. Adjust the amount of salt and sugar yourself, depending on what kind of dish you want to get, sweet or salty.
4. Knead food until smooth.
5. Put the pan on the stove, pour in odorless vegetable oil and spoon out the dough with a tablespoon. Give the curds a round or oval shape.
6. Fry the pancakes over medium heat, about 5 minutes, until golden, and turn over to the other side, where cook for the same amount of time. After frying, place the curds on a paper towel to absorb any excess fat. So the food will be less high-calorie. Serve the curds to the table with any sauce, depending on whether you made them sweet or salty. But sour cream is the most versatile product that goes well with many dishes.
