Ingredients:
- Low-fat classic yogurt - 1 tbsp.
- Oatmeal - 1/3 of Art.
- Eggs - 1 pc.

Step-by-step preparation of orange oatmeal pancakes:
1. Oatmeal can be used whole or beaten to a crumb state. In this recipe, I decided to grind them. But you can do as you like. So, with the help of a chopper, beat the oatmeal to a state of small crumbs.
2. Transfer the oatmeal to a kneading bowl.
3. Pour room temperature yoghurt over the flakes and mix well.

5. Leave the oatmeal for 20 minutes to swell and increase in size.
6. Then pour the orange zest into the dough and stir.
7. Pour in the egg and add a pinch of salt.
8. Knead the dough and pour in the olive oil. The added oil to the dough will allow the pancakes to be fried in a dry skillet like pancakes. Stir the food well again.
