The principle of cooking manna in a frying pan is the same as in the oven. It turns out that it is just as soft and tender. The only difference in the recipes is the soaking time of the semolina. If you like the crunch of semolina grains in finished baked goods, knead the dough and immediately send the product to bake. 1. Pour semolina into a mixing bowl and add sour cream to it. Instead of sour cream, you can use kefir, but it is on this dairy product that the manna comes out more crumbly and tender.

2. Knead the semolina with sour cream until a homogeneous smooth consistency and if you want to get baked goods of a homogeneous structure, then leave the cereals to infuse for one hour. If you want to feel the crunch of grains in baking, then continue kneading the dough further.

3. Then beat eggs to the manna dough, add sugar and vanillin.
