- Butter - 150 g
- Sugar - 100 g or to taste
- Flour - 350 g

Step by step preparation of shortbread pie with apples, recipe with photo:
1. Place the slicer attachment in the food processor, beat in the eggs and place the chunks of cold butter.
2. Add flour, sifted through a fine sieve to the food processor so that it is enriched with oxygen, a pinch of salt, and 1-2 tbsp. Sahara.
3. Stir the dough until you get a smooth, fine crumb.
4. Pour half of the flour crumbs into a baking dish. The layer of dough should not be thinner than 1 cm. The form should not be greased. there is enough oil in the dough, so the product will not stick to the bottom.
5. Wash the apples, dry them with a paper towel, remove the core with a special knife and cut them into rings, cubes, strips or any other shape. Place the apples in a mold on top of the dough. Their number can be any, the more, the tastier. Therefore, you can lay them out in 2-3 layers.
6. Sprinkle apples with the remaining dough, which is evenly spread over the entire area.
7. Send the shortcrust cake with apples to a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. The finished product will acquire a golden brown and crispy crust. Cool the baked goods a little, because hot, it is very fragile and serve with a dessert table.
