Bulk pie is the laziest and easiest, but successful homemade baking recipe. They are also called "dry", because baked from dry dough, kneaded without eggs and milk. Fruit filling or cottage cheese, butter or sour cream becomes a connecting part of baking. Bulk cake is prepared with one layer or alternated several times, then they turn out to be very juicy when finished.
The name of the baking "bulk pie" comes from the fact that all the ingredients are poured into the mold in layers, without kneading the dough. This became the main advantage of such baking - incredible simplicity and speed of preparation. And if you do not take into account the baking time, then a bulk apple pie is prepared in literally 10 minutes. The longest time you have to tinker with the filling, and it also does not take much time, just grate the apples. And it will take another 5 minutes to put all the ingredients in the mold. And if you want to make the pie lean, then instead of sour cream, use 2-2.5 times more apple filling. Then the apple juice will saturate the dry mixture well. Such a pie can rightfully be attributed to light, low-calorie and dietary desserts.

Ingredients:
- Flour - 100 g
- Ground cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
- Apples - 300 g
- Sugar - 50 g or to taste
- Sour cream - 200 ml
- Semolina - 100 g
- Salt - a pinch
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp
Step-by-step preparation of a bulk pie with apples and cinnamon in sour cream filling, recipe with photo:
1. Place flour, semolina, a pinch of salt, and baking soda in a deep bowl.
2. Mix loose ingredients well.
3. Wash and dry the apples with a paper towel. Using a special knife, remove the core with the seed box and grate on a coarse grater. Whether or not to peel the fruit is up to the hostess herself. Without the skin, the filling will be softer, but the skin contains the maximum amount of nutrients.
4. Select a baking dish and on the bottom pour 1/3 of the dry mixture, on which put 1/3 of the sour cream. No need to whip sour cream. You can replace it with cream or grated butter.
5. Top with half of the apple shavings and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon powder.
6. Do the same layers again: loose mass, sour cream and apples with spices with sugar. Then lay out the remaining free-flowing mixture and pour over the remaining sour cream.
7. For the beauty of baking, cut half the apple into thin slices and place them on top of the pie.
8. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and send the cake in bulk with apples and cinnamon in sour cream filling to bake for 40-45 minutes. When it is golden brown, remove the product from the oven and chill a little. Then cut into portions and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a cup of tea.
