Cottage cheese seasoned with yogurt is a sweet treat that will help out when you need a quick snack or don't want to cook breakfast. The treat will delight you with a piquant taste, which is obtained thanks to the addition of kozinaki. Well, the bran does not add any flavors. They are put in a dish only for the benefit of the body, because it is an irreplaceable source of fiber that is very important for health. Recently, bran has begun to appear more and more often in the daily menu of many people who lead a healthy lifestyle.
For this recipe, cottage cheese, of course, is better to take homemade. But not everyone has the opportunity to purchase one. Then buy cottage cheese 9% fat to make the dish more satisfying and tastier. Yoghurt will suit absolutely any, both classic with a natural taste, and with pieces of berries or fruits. I used Kozinaki of my own preparation, but you can take commercial purchased ones. How to make kozinaki at home you can find the recipe on the pages of the site. Any bran is suitable: wheat, oat, rye … But wheat is considered the most useful.

Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Kozinaki - 30 g
- Yogurt - 50 ml
- Bran - 1 tablespoon
Step-by-step preparation of cottage cheese with yogurt, bran and kozinaki, recipe with photo:
1. Place the curd in a bowl. If it is very wet, then remove the whey by placing the product in a sieve or hanging it in gauze. Otherwise, the dish will be very runny. Then the amount of yogurt will have to be reduced.
2. Add bran to the curd.
3. Break the kozinaki into medium-sized pieces and place in a bowl of groceries.
4. Pour cold yogurt into the curd.
5. Stir the food thoroughly and you can start your meal. If desired, pre-chill the dish if you like to consume dairy products cold.
