- Sunflower seeds (peeled and roasted) - 100 g
- Prunes - 100 g
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Bran (any) - 100 g
- Dried or fresh orange peel - 1 tablespoon
- Coconut flakes - 100 g for breading sweets
Step by step preparation of healthy sweets:

1. Wash prunes and fill with hot water. Leave it to soak for 10 minutes. If there are seeds in it, then remove them from the berries first. After soaking, drain the water and dry the dried plum well.
2. Pour the oatmeal into a clean and dry frying pan and dry a little of the cereal so that it acquires a light golden hue.
3. Peel the walnuts and prick them in a clean, dry frying pan to brown them a little.
4. Place the knife attachment in a food processor and add oatmeal, sunflower seeds, bran, and walnuts.
5. Add prunes and orange zest.
6. Beat the food until smooth. If there is no such electrical appliance, then twist them in a meat grinder. Transfer the mixture to a convenient bowl.
