Facial massage for skin tightening
Before starting the massage, cleanse your face, wash your hands with soap and stand in front of a mirror.
- For a minute, warm your face with your palms with light strokes, move along the massage lines: first from the center of the chin to the ears, then from the nose to the ears, and finally from the eyebrows to the hair.
- After that, use your fingertips to walk from the cheeks to the temples, from the outer corner of the eyes to the nose.
- Massage clockwise around the center of your temples.
- Lightly pinch your face along the massage lines.
- Pat your face in the same directions with your palms.
- Using a little pressure, brush your fists over the skin.
- Stroke your face, moving from the center of your face to your hairline.
Massage twice a week for ten minutes. To enhance the effect, you can use cold-pressed vegetable oils: olive, peach or grape seed oil is suitable for any type of skin, and for an oily type it is better to use sunflower or castor oil.
Exercises for the muscles of the face
Equally effective for a facelift are muscle exercises that are comfortable to do without interrupting any homework.
- Close your mouth tightly and inflate the right or left cheek, as if the ball is being pumped in turn in different directions.
- Roll the ball from the lower lip to the upper lip in the same way.
- Push your lower jaw forward with all your strength, straining your neck. This is an excellent method of preventing double chin.
- Curl your lips with a straw and blow out air, pretending to blow dust off an object.
- Do the same, just blow in short, quick thrusts.
- Now train your cheek muscles by pronouncing the letters "y" and "and" in turn.
- The next will be the training of the eyelids. To do this, look up, down, then right, left. Do not twist your head, keep it straight.
- Close your eyes tightly, then open.
- Close your eyes quickly several times, then relax them.
- Try to open your eyes as much as possible.
Try to do each of these exercises seven times daily.
Homemade recipes for facelift masks
Homemade face masks give a good result. It is better to use them after massage the skin once or twice a week. The ingredients can be different, but only natural. Next, let's look at the ingredients that have a lifting effect.
- Berry mask. Any fresh berries will do. You just need to knead them with a fork.
- Mask with olive oil. Mix a spoonful of butter with the yolk of a chicken egg and a couple of drops of lemon juice.
- Protein mask. These can be masks made of only protein, or you can add a tablespoon of any flour and a few drops of rose or fennel essential oil to the protein.
- Clay mask. Any cosmetic clay is diluted with water to a mushy state. You can add one of the above essential oils.
- Mud mask. It is diluted with water in the same way as a clay mask or according to the instructions.
Any of the masks is applied to the face only after cleansing and washed off after fifteen minutes. After the end of the procedure, to get rid of the feeling of tightness, moisturize the skin with a nourishing cream.
