Literally 15 minutes and a healthy meal is ready. This salad is especially good to eat in the evening, so as not to burden the stomach with heavy and fatty foods. Or they can crunch well during lunchtime as a snack. You can take it with you to a picnic, because it is ideal with meat dishes such as pork skewers or grilled wings.

The snack is based on tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, radishes and abundant greens. Such a summer bouquet of vegetables is rich in fiber, healing vitamins C, B, as well as potassium, magnesium and iron. A serving of vegetable salad will help avoid colds, speed up the healing process, improve bowel function and cleanse the body of toxins. For a more satisfying salad, you can add boiled or baked meat, poultry, or ham. The salad can be combined with almost anything: cabbage (including cauliflower), celery, zucchini, apples, eggs, cheese … The taste composition of the finished dish will delight and satisfy every eater.
