Very quickly and simply, you can prepare an easy snack for the body from simple and affordable products - a salad with tomatoes, peppers and radishes. Literally 15 minutes and a healthy meal is ready. This salad is especially good to eat in the evening, so as not to burden the stomach with heavy and fatty foods. Or they can crunch well during lunchtime as a snack. You can take it with you to a picnic, because it is ideal with meat dishes such as pork skewers or grilled wings.
The snack is based on tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, radishes and abundant greens. Such a summer bouquet of vegetables is rich in fiber, healing vitamins C, B, as well as potassium, magnesium and iron. A serving of vegetable salad will help avoid colds, speed up the healing process, improve bowel function and cleanse the body of toxins. For a more satisfying salad, you can add boiled or baked meat, poultry, or ham. The salad can be combined with almost anything: cabbage (including cauliflower), celery, zucchini, apples, eggs, cheese … The taste composition of the finished dish will delight and satisfy every eater. Ingredients:
- Cucumbers - 1 pc.
- Salt - a large pinch
- Radish - 5-6 pcs.
- Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- Greens (basil, dill, parsley, cilantro) - several sprigs
- Tomatoes - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - for dressing
Step by step cooking salad with tomatoes, peppers and radishes, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the cucumbers, dry with a paper towel and cut into thin 3 mm half rings.
2. Wash, dry and cut the radishes in the same way as cucumbers.
3. Wash the bell peppers, cut off the stalk, remove the inner seeds and partitions. Then cut the fruit into thin strips.
4. Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into large pieces.
5. Wash greens and chop finely.
6. Place all chopped vegetables and herbs in a deep bowl.
7. Season salad with tomatoes, peppers and radish salt with vegetable oil. Stir the ingredients and serve the dish to the table. If you plan to serve the salad not immediately after preparation, then season it and stir it just before serving. Otherwise, the vegetables will flow and the salad will become watery, which will ruin the taste and appearance of the food.
