One of them is liver chops. This is a tasty and satisfying dish that many people like, but unjustifiably forgotten. But they are tender, soft and juicy. These chops will become a welcome guest on your table.

For this recipe, it is advisable to use veal or beef liver, because it is more valuable and useful. But other varieties of liver can also be used. For example, delicious chops will be chicken or turkey offal. Pork liver is also good.

The proposed recipe is so simple that any novice housewife can handle it. Moreover, the dish is almost impossible to spoil! You can serve this dish with any side dish, especially delicious chops with delicate mashed potatoes. They go well with buckwheat or spaghetti. You can even put such a treat on a festive table. If you sprinkle the crispy ruddy liver chops with fresh green onions or sautéed onions, the dish will look very impressive. Frying onion generally replaces any sauce.

  • Vegetable oil - for frying
  • Flour - 2-3 tbsp.
  • Ground black pepper - a pinch

1. Calf liver choose fresh, light and young animal. Rinse it under cold water, remove and cut thinly into plates, about a centimeter. To make it easier to cut it, first freeze it a little in the freezer for about half an hour.

2. Cover the liver with a plastic bag to protect the kitchen from bloody splashes.

3. Beat off offal well with a kitchen hammer on both sides, but not to the holes. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Dip each plate liberally in flour on both sides. Then, if desired, dip each chop in an egg batter.
