I think that every housewife will agree with me that of all the by-products, the liver is the most useful. However, it can be slightly dry and tough, which not everyone likes. But, if you cook chops from it, then you will forever change your attitude towards this product.
The principle of cooking liver chops differs from classic meat only in the time spent. Because the chops are thin, they will roast much faster. This dish is prepared from any kind of liver: beef, pork, chicken. You can pre-marinate the chops or start cooking right away. Also, the dish can be prepared with a variety of sauces. Then the finished chops need to be put in a deep saucepan, pour over the sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. In any case, liver chops are juicy, tender and soft, tasty and healthy. They are served with any side dish like stewed cabbage or boiled potatoes.

Cooking Liver Chops with Cheese:
1. Peel onions with garlic, wash and chop into half rings or strips.
2. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, mayonnaise, salt, ground pepper and any spices.
3. In a frying pan in vegetable oil, sauté the onion and garlic until transparent.
4. Rinse the liver, peel off excess and cut into layers, cover with foil or place in a bag so that the kitchen remains clean, and slightly beat off with a kitchen hammer. Do this carefully, as the liver is very delicate, it can be quickly killed and holes will form. This is especially true for chicken offal.
5. Then pour the prepared sauce over the chops. If you wish, you can leave them to lie down for a while to marinate. Also, some housewives breaded them in flour or dipped in batter. You can also do this at your own discretion.
6. Place the frying pan on the stove, add vegetable oil and heat well. When the butter sizzles, turn the temperature down to medium so as not to burn the food and add the liver chops. As mentioned above, they are fried very quickly, in just a couple of minutes on each side.
7. When you flip the chops over, immediately place the sautéed onions on top of them.
8. Grind the chops with grated cheese on top. Screw the temperature down to a minimum, cover the pan with a lid and leave for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese.
9. Serve ready-made chops to the table immediately after cooking sprinkle with herbs. Because they are most delicious only from the pan. They can be served with any sauce based on sour cream, kefir or mayonnaise.
