Spring is the time for salads made from fresh vegetables and herbs. The most popular during this period are dishes made from young green onions, watercress, spinach, wild garlic, radish, and cucumbers. Many will agree that green onions go well with eggs and cream cheese. Cutting some onion pods, boiled eggs with cheese and seasoning the food with sour cream or mayonnaise, you get a quick and tasty treat in a hurry. I propose to diversify the daily menu and make an interesting appetizer with processed cheese, eggs and green onions.
Such a dish will surely gain popularity among modern housewives, because a minimum of cooking time is required, the products are budgetary and healthy, and the flavor combination is very successful. The appetizer can be served on an everyday table and taken with you to the nature for barbecue. It is customary to serve it to the "first table" at home celebrations, but it is not uncommon for people to eat strong alcohol with pleasure. I recommend not to save on the quality of cheese. Since there are now many cheese products on sale at a low price, the quality and taste of which is significantly inferior to real processed cheese.

Step-by-step preparation of a snack from processed cheese, eggs and green onions, a recipe with a photo:
1. Wash green onions and dry with a paper towel. Chop finely with a sharp knife.
2. Pour the eggs with cold water and boil after boiling for 8 minutes over low heat until they are steep. Then transfer to ice water to cool, peel and cut into cubes. Make sure that the eggs are not overcooked, otherwise the yolk will turn blue.
3. Cut the processed cheese into cubes and send to the bowl with the food. If it is poorly cut, then pre-soak it for 15 minutes in the freezer. It will freeze a little, become harder and be easy to cut.
4. Add mayonnaise to food and season with salt. Add black pepper to taste.
5. Stir the ingredients and serve the processed cheese, egg and green onion snack. Put it on a plate, stuff tartlets, baskets, etc.
