If you have planned a party or want to experiment a little in the kitchen, then make a pear roll. The main advantage of the dessert is its unusual filling, pears with ginger. The dough for the roll can be any: puff, biscuit, yeast, etc. Today we will prepare an exquisite dish from simple and affordable products - a roll made of stretched dough. The ingredients for the product can be found in any supermarket, although every housewife always has them at home.

If there is time, then it is better to leave the finished roll to cool, so it will become even tastier. And you can add a few tablespoons of cognac or rum to the pear filling, of course, if the roll is not intended for a children's event. And if there are no pears, then a similar roll can be made from apples with cinnamon or cottage cheese with raisins. In addition, the filling can be made salty, for example, minced meat. It is impossible not to note that this roll is a low-calorie delicacy, because no rich products are used for its preparation. And if you remove the eggs from the recipe, then the roll will generally be lean. At the same time, it will delight the taste buds, because sweets cheer up and help cope with stress.
